Description

Provide technical support and guidance for AI and generative AI application development lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions using strong analytical skills.
• Identify gaps in support documentation and create or update FAQs and runbooks.
• Recommend specific packages, libraries, and tools for each phase of the model development lifecycle.
• Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts and track them through to resolution.
• Document questions, statuses, resolutions, and user feedback meticulously.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Python.
• Proficiency in AI concepts, approaches, tools, and recent advancements.
• Experience with ETL processes and data wrangling.
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation and runbooks.
• Ability to provide clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Experience managing multiple inquiries and tracking statuses efficiently.
• Proven ability to guide users to appropriate documentation or experts.
