You will troubleshoot and resolve client tickets, ensuring clear communication for clarification and resolution. You will document processes and methods for troubleshooting and ticket resolution. You are responsible for staying current with the latest technologies and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve client support tickets.
• Document defined processes and troubleshooting methods.
• Interface with customers to clarify and resolve issues.
• Update knowledge on latest technologies and AI areas.
• Manage data pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI support or related engineering roles.
• Expertise in Python and AI-centric libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Knowledge of generative models including GANs and VAEs.
• Experience with NLP techniques: text parsing, sentiment analysis, and transformers like GPT.
• Data management skills: cleaning, labeling, and augmenting data for AI models.
• Cloud deployment knowledge on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical thinking for assessing model performance and interpreting outcomes.
• Ability to articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
