Description

You will architect scalable AI solutions using Large Language Models, Python, and voice AI frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build chatbots and voice bots using Python, ASR, TTS, and NLP/LLM pipelines.
• Architect scalable solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise systems like CRM and internal knowledge bases.
• Create frameworks for conversational flows, prompt engineering, RAG, and context management.
• Implement monitoring systems for latency, hallucination rates, safety compliance, and model drift.
• Optimize inference costs, token usage, and caching strategies while setting up continuous evaluation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AI architecture and Python development.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Proficiency in ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) integration.
• Experience building end-to-end AI applications with APIs and cloud-native services.
• Knowledge of vector search, embeddings, and model orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telemetry dashboards and feedback loop implementation.
