Description

You will lead the technical direction and delivery of AI-focused projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-level, resilient, and scalable systems.
• Develop and implement moderate-complexity frontend and backend APIs using NextJS, Node.js, and React.
• Own the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, including unit testing and documentation generation.
• Mentor team members while advocating for strong automated testing practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience delivering live projects.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Proficiency in core stacks: NextJS, Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Microservices, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proficiency with serverless technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket Pipeline).
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts: prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG applications.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
