Description

You will lead AI/ML development initiatives and oversee the technical execution of machine learning projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
• Build and deploy scalable AI applications using containerization tools.
• Develop APIs to integrate machine learning models into production environments.
• Manage data pipelines and database interactions for ML workflows.
• Apply MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability and scalability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total professional experience with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML development.
• Expertise in Python and core libraries including NumPy and Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and Machine Learning techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with API frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Cloud competency with AWS or GCP.
• Practical experience using Git for version control.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment.
• Proven leadership experience in a technical capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI, ChatGPT, and LLM models.
• Knowledge of OpenCV for image processing.
