Key Responsibilities

• Python AI Engineering — Build, refine, and support Python‑based AI services using SAP GenAI SDK, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Agentic AI Development — Work across two repositories: Sentinel backend framework and Sentinel Bot framework using Microsoft Agents 365 SDK.
• SAP BTP Configuration — Support BPA, Cloud ALM, Kyma, and Cloud Foundry components tied to the Sentinel platform.
• Azure Bot Integration — Maintain and enhance Teams‑based notification flows and bot interactions.
• Light ABAP Collaboration — Partner with ABAP developers; minimal hands‑on ABAP required.
• Support production rollout planned for next spring, ensuring reliability, observability, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on Python engineering with AI/ML experience.
• Proven experience with RAG, vector retrieval, and agentic AI orchestration.
• Experience with at least one agent framework (Agents SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
• Ability to operate at Tech Lead → Architect level while remaining hands‑on.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP components (Kyma, Cloud Foundry, Cloud ALM).
• Experience integrating AI workflows into Azure/Teams environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP GenAI SDK (highly preferred).
• Experience supporting production AI systems.
• Retail S/4 or master data domain knowledge
