Description

Lead the design, development, and adoption of Generative AI solutions for technology assistants and data management efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build generative AI applications and engineering solutions using Python and Java.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune LLMs and execute proof-of-concept development.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Drive platform adoption through user onboarding, office hours, and demo video creation.
• Orchestrate development work by collaborating with Data Scientists and core engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product leadership or development within a startup or product-led environment.
• Proficiency in Python and Java with the ability to write and test clean, maintainable code.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, Machine Learning, and ML Platforms.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering techniques.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Git, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to create usage dashboards using BigQuery and Tableau.
• Experience managing product issues, defects, and cross-team dependencies.
• Experience developing technical products or platforms for large enterprises.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vector DBs and the ability to query them.
• Familiarity with various testing frameworks.
