Description

You will develop and maintain technical content for AI workflows and developer adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain AI playbook documentation covering all phases of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Develop training materials, certification content, and practical guides for core AI tools.
• Build hands-on lab content for the AI Champions network with structured exercises.
• Design and deliver onboarding content for new AI Champions.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to document new delivery patterns and tooling best practices.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in technical writing, creating developer-facing documentation or playbooks.
• Working knowledge of software development practices and SDLC sufficient to document AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience creating structured learning content, including hands-on labs and tutorials.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD concepts.
• Knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Development Tools and documentation platforms.
