Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of cost-effective AI applications and conversational chatbots. Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams within a SAFE Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and code technical specifications, breaking down Agile Features into actionable Stories and Tasks.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to code reviews, unit testing, and data handling best practices.
• Manage code assets and promote the reuse of enterprise-approved libraries and tools.
• Identify scope for performance, security, and accessibility testing while supporting production implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years deploying applications integrated with cloud technologies including Azure, IBM, or GCP.
• 5+ years of software development experience using Node.js and/or Java.
• 2+ years leading development teams through CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows.
• Proven experience building conversational AI chatbots from scratch using AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
• Experience with Jenkins, Octopus, GitHub, and Splunk.
• Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, integrations, and APIs.
• Understanding of data security practices specifically regarding HIPAA privacy and data protection.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of additional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IBM Watson and other chatbot development platforms.
• Understanding of PCI data governance requirements and technical practices.
• Familiarity with Angular, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python.
