Lead AI strategy and hands-on implementation for the Dynamic Pricing ecosystem, bridging business goals with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI and agentification strategy for Dynamic Pricing, partnering with leadership to prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional discovery and evaluation of AI opportunities, focusing on implementation using open-source agentic frameworks.
• Orchestrate AI solutions across homegrown agents, vendor agents, and a customized multi-application enterprise ecosystem.
• Translate complex agent-based AI and pricing concepts into clear, measurable business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver scalable AI solutions end-to-end, ensuring governance alignment and enterprise-wide value realization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with open-source agentic AI frameworks, specifically LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R for data processing and model implementation.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Experience building hierarchical and Bayesian models with a strong statistical background.
• Comfortable working with messy, real-world data and solving ambiguous problems with minimal direction.
• Experience using Databricks or similar cloud platforms for large-scale data work.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to quickly understand business questions and deliver insights under tight deadlines.
