Description

Drive AI projects end-to-end and lead AI product initiatives.

You will own the full project lifecycle, manage ServiceNow ticketing, and align engineering teams on technical problem-solving. You will track risks, report to stakeholders, and ensure effective cross-team communication using Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full AI project lifecycles using Agile methodologies.
• Handle ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical problem-solving.
• Track project progress, risks, and report to stakeholders.
• Drive alignment and effective communication across teams.

Required Skills

• 12-16 years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in technical project management with an AI/Analytics focus.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or other ITSM tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and AI concepts.
• Proficiency in Agile Practices.
• Experience managing project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
