Job Description:

We are looking for an AI Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI solutions using Agentic AI, AWS Bedrock, Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and Conversational AI. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AI projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.

• Plan project timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets.

• Lead AI developers, cloud engineers, and other technical teams.

• Oversee the development of AI agents and Conversational AI applications.

• Manage solutions built using AWS Bedrock, Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.

• Coordinate the development of LLM-based applications and RAG solutions.

• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and delivery quality.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Ensure AI solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and quality requirements.

• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Experience in technical project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Conversational AI.

• Good understanding of AWS Bedrock and AWS cloud services.

• Working knowledge of Python programming.

• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.

• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent workflows.

• Knowledge of API integrations, cloud deployment, and CI/CD.

• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience, including technical project management.

• Experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI projects is preferred.

• AWS and PMP/Agile certifications are an advantage.

• Experience delivering Agentic AI and Conversational AI solutions.

• Experience moving AI applications from proof of concept to production.

• Knowledge of enterprise AI architecture, security, and governance
