Description

You will own the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions for telecom business systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BSS solutions covering Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Care areas for CSPs.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build backend applications using web frameworks to support AI services.
• Handle data ingestion, preprocessing, and visualization for ML workloads.
• Implement and maintain AI features using Generative AI frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of AI/ML development experience using Python.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with backend web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Knowledge of SQL for data handling.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS domains (fixed, mobile, IoT).
• Experience with major telecom industry B/OSS COTS (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker).
• Knowledge of 5G network concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Generative AI into production telecom systems.
