Description

You will act as a technical consultant supporting AI-driven workflows and systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and deploy LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) considering deployment models.
• Design and troubleshoot conversational flows, managing intents, entities, and dialogue logic.
• Integrate systems using RESTful APIs, handling OAuth2, JSON, and webhook communication.
• Diagnose issues related to model performance, including hallucinations, latency, and token limits.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, documenting findings and managing escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a technical support or consulting role.
• Familiarity with LLM concepts, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Camunda, Apache Airflow).
• Strong competency in RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JSON, and webhook integration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot application-layer issues in customer-facing systems.
• Experience working with logging, tracing, and monitoring tools.
