Description

You will test and validate AI-driven application implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and strategies for Gen AI, Agentic RAG, and LLM applications, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical aspects.
• Identify biases and failure modes within conversational flows.
• Support the development of automated test suites for model retraining and updates.
• Analyze and prepare data used in AI development.
• Understand how AI models are built, trained, and deployed, including supervised/unsupervised learning and neural networks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Working proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with Gen AI concepts.
• Knowledge of Agentic RAG implementation.
• Understanding of LLM architectures and testing.
• Any Graduate education.
