Description

You will lead the training and adoption of Copilot 365 and generative AI technologies across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, documentation, hands-on exercises, and lesson plans for foundational and advanced topics.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for professionals, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and personas.
• Design and organize training delivery through learning management systems such as Workday Learning.
• Evaluate learner progress using quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises to provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with champions and group representatives to drive widespread tool adoption and contribute to training support websites.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience, specifically in training on technical topics.
• Expertise teaching the Microsoft 365 suite and related Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience with Copilot 365 and generative AI (GenAI).
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with SharePoint Online.
• Ability to plan and organize training within a Learning Management System (LMS) like Workday Learning.
• Strong curriculum development skills, including creating tailored content for various organizational personas.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, computer science, data science, or a related field.
