Description

You will build and deploy AI-driven solutions to streamline engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design AI agents to automate repetitive developer tasks, including code generation and unit test creation.
• Build and maintain custom internal tools and LLM applications using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines against internal documentation and codebase.
• Create reusable AI modules and prompt libraries to standardize implementation quality across global teams.
• Mentor Professional Services developers on effective AI tool usage and local integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with emphasis on automation or internal platforms.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python or Java for backend services.
• Deep experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Strong command of prompt engineering techniques and LLM APIs.
• Proven track record building maintainable software and internal tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing.
• Experience with general software engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services like Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystem integration challenges.
