Build and deploy backend infrastructure and APIs to power AI-driven applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy backend infrastructure and APIs to support AI applications.
• Integrate Large Language Models, primarily OpenAI, into production environments.
• Develop and refine prompts to optimize LLM performance and accuracy.
• Utilize Azure AI services including Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI, and AI Search.
• Manage MongoDB databases and build end-to-end prototypes with automated testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend development and AI integration.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI and Large Language Models.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize prompts for LLMs.
• Practical experience with Azure AI services (Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI, AI Search).
• Experience with backend development and API creation.
• Proficiency with MongoDB.
• Demonstrable history of deploying Applied AI solutions into production.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with Authentication and Authorization frameworks and React.js.
