Description

You will build and deploy AI-powered applications by owning the full stack, with a heavy focus on backend systems and LLM integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy backend infrastructure and APIs to support AI-driven applications.
• Integrate Large Language Models (primarily OpenAI) and optimize prompts for performance.
• Utilize Azure AI services, including Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI, and AI Search, for intelligent features.
• Implement and manage MongoDB databases for application data storage.
• Contribute to end-to-end prototype development, ensuring scalability and performance in production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, focusing on backend development and AI integration.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, specifically OpenAI.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize prompts for LLMs.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Azure AI services (Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI, AI Search).
• Proficiency in backend development and API creation.
• Experience working with MongoDB.
• Experience with React.js.
• Demonstrable history of deploying Applied AI solutions into production.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps pipelines and deployment processes (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
