Description

Lead technical delivery and customer success for strategic platform customers through hands-on AI solution architecture and proof-of-concept development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of proofs-of-concept and proofs-of-architecture for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with application engineers, product managers, and data scientists to build novel applications on our API.
• Embed with strategic customers to guide application ideation, development, delivery, and scale.
• Validate and synthesize high-signal feedback for Product and Research teams to improve platform capabilities.
• Contribute to open-source resources and codify best practices by publishing notebooks to internal and external repositories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a data and analytics professional with expertise in Transformer and Deep Learning architectures.
• 2+ years of experience building ML or applied AI solutions using cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, HuggingFace, OpenAI, Databricks).
• Strong proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks for data integration and analytics.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLM strengths/weaknesses, and fundamental ML/NLP concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with data lake architectures, data integration, and data governance.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes for gathering user requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras frameworks.
• Experience with conversational AI, computer vision, or optimizing AI solutions for runtime cost.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and statistical programming languages like R.
