Description

You will build and deploy production-grade AI applications, using LLMs to transform investment management workflows and automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions leveraging RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Design scalable, cloud-native architectures and integrate AI capabilities into investment, distribution, and operations.
• Build robust backends using Python, APIs, and microservices within a CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into high-impact AI products.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python, AWS, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.
• Full-stack proficiency with React/JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and responsible AI practices.
• Proven track record of building production-grade AI solutions and workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services or investment management domain.
