Description

Design and build autonomous agent-based systems and LLM workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agent-based systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Implement advanced cognitive patterns like ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) for autonomous task execution.
• Develop and integrate memory, tool usage, and context management capabilities (MCP) into LLM workflows.
• Write scalable Python code (including async) and maintain APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Implement guardrails and safety mechanisms to handle edge cases and ensure reliable production performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python, including async programming.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining microservices and APIs.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks for data platform integration.
• Strong understanding of agent architectures and prompt engineering collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing ReAct patterns and autonomous reasoning agents.
• Background in building production-ready AI systems with robust error handling.
