Description

You will design and implement AI/ML powered end-consumer applications and architectural designs for chatbots and information retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement functional and nonfunctional requirements for AI/ML systems.
• Evaluate, build, and fine-tune LLMs to solve specific business problems.
• Deploy ML models to production and design comprehensive monitoring plans.
• Scope and sequence complex problems into actionable experiments and tasks.
• Coach junior team members and influence technical decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience in AI/ML development and architectural design.
• Proficiency in Python and related ML/AI libraries.
• Practical experience with LLMs, Prompting, and Fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Vector DBs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable code for AI/ML tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with developers, architects, and data engineers to integrate secure and compliant AI capabilities.
• Experience working with data engineers and managing data-stores for AI/ML requirements.
