Description

You design and implement AI/ML powered end-consumer applications and architectural frameworks for information retrieval.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement functional and nonfunctional requirements for AI/ML systems.
• Evaluate, build, and fine-tune LLMs to solve specific business problems.
• Deploy ML models to production and establish monitoring plans to track performance.
• Scope and sequence complex problems into manageable experiments and tasks.
• Coach junior team members and influence technical decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expertise in Python and related ML/AI libraries.
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompting, and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Vector DBs and RAG-based information retrieval.
• Proven track record of designing chatbot architectures.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable code for AI/ML tasks.
