Description

Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives to align with business objectives and market trends. Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI algorithms, models, and systems to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers regarding best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct research and experimentation to integrate new AI technologies and tools into project workstreams.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions in real-world applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning roles.
• Experience defining technical roadmaps and long-term AI strategy.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product managers and data scientists.
• Ability to design and implement scalable AI systems and algorithms.
• Strong research skills to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Skills
