Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI initiatives, leading the design and implementation of scalable machine learning systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and roadmaps for AI initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI algorithms and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers on best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions in production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning roles.
• Proven ability to define technical roadmaps and long-term AI strategy.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Ability to design and implement scalable AI systems and algorithms.
• Strong research skills to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product managers and data scientists.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to integrate AI capabilities into user interfaces.
