Description

You will design, architect, and deploy machine learning solutions from concept to production within the existing IT landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize AI by mapping business requirements to technical implementations and selecting appropriate technologies.
• Design and set up AI/ML processing environments within the current integration infrastructure.
• Audit AI solutions for scalability, security, and architectural integrity in cloud-first enterprise environments.
• Evaluate technologies based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring modularity for seamless replacement.
• Mentor technical teams and translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience architecting and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Deep knowledge of statistical methods: Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series Analysis, Clustering, and PCA.
• Expertise in ML techniques: Random Forest, SVM, and Gradient Boosting/XGBoost.
• Experience with Deep Learning: RNNs, CNNs, and Transformer architectures for NLP and Computer Vision.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including RAG, Agentic Workflows, Graph RAG, and Model Tuning.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, EDA, and data visualization.
• Extensive experience with MLOps, Cloud Security, and Cloud Computing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Domain Driven Design and implementing automation strategies in large-scale organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale technology initiatives concurrently.
