Description

Serve as the technical expert for Snowflake AI/ML workloads, advising customers on Data Science best practices and resolving complex technical challenges.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML pipelines using Snowflake features and ecosystem partner tools based on customer needs.
• Develop hands-on POCs using SQL and Python to demonstrate implementation techniques.
• Guide consultants in technically positioning and deploying Snowflake within customer environments.
• Advise customers on Data Science workloads using Snowflake best practices.
• Support team expertise development and resolve customer-specific technical issues.

Required Skills

• 14+ years in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles working with customers.
• Thorough understanding of the complete Data Science life-cycle (feature engineering, model development, deployment, management).
• Strong understanding of MLOps methodologies for model deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on scripting experience with SQL and Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Data Science tools such as AWS SageMaker, AzureML, Dataiku, DataRobot, H2O, or Jupyter Notebooks.
• Understanding of ML/AI concepts and Snowflake architecture.
• Understanding of ETL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenerativeAI, LLMs, and Vector Databases.
• Experience with Databricks/Apache Spark.
