You will lead enterprise-wide infrastructure transformation, modernization, and AI platform strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute target-state architecture for hybrid, cloud-ready, and AI/ML platforms including GPU clusters and HPC environments.
• Lead datacenter consolidation, compute/storage/network modernization, and large-scale cost optimization through vendor renegotiation.
• Partner with InfoSec and AI governance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and governed infrastructure adoption.
• Drive hybrid cloud enablement, automation, and process standardization to improve operational efficiency.
• Engage CIO/CTO leadership and regulatory bodies to align infrastructure strategy with business and security goals.

Required Skills

• 20+ years in enterprise infrastructure and technology leadership.
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture, AI/ML, HPC, and GenAI platforms.
• Proven track record managing multi-billion-dollar transformation programs.
• Strong experience in vendor management, RFPs, and budget ownership.
• Hands-on understanding of low-latency trading infrastructure preferred.
• Experience in banking or capital markets environments.
• Ability to lead large global teams and cross-functional programs.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GPU platforms (A100/H100 class) and secure compute environments.
• Prior consulting or transformation leadership roles.
