You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions within the healthcare and biotech domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement transformer-based generative models for biomedical data, optimizing training pipelines.
• Design scalable GenAI systems for generating synthetic patient records ensuring HIPAA compliance and data anonymization.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for drug discovery, clinical trial summarization, and medical literature analysis.
• Design GenAI platforms that integrate with existing EHR systems, supporting real-time inference.
• Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps workflows for model training and deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, deep learning, and GenAI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD).
• Deep understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating GenAI platforms with existing EHR systems.
