Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI/ML use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines covering ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Architect and deploy LLM-based solutions, including RAG and prompt engineering.
• Integrate models into production using MLOps tools and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI.
• Strong Python programming skills, including Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks like LangChain.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD for ML, Docker, and Airflow/Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization techniques.
