Description

You will design, build, and deploy machine learning models to analyze behavioral patterns and drive user personalization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive models to detect patterns in cognitive decline, loneliness, and behavioral changes.
• Design recommendation systems and personalization algorithms for social activities and cognitive exercises.
• Develop models to analyze user engagement patterns and identify triggers for disengagement.
• Create and maintain data pipelines for preprocessing structured and unstructured data.
• Monitor and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and fairness while ensuring ethical AI compliance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and ethical AI practices.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthtech or wellness-focused applications.
• Proven track record in personalization algorithms and behavioral analytics.
