Description

You will design and implement AI models for target identification, molecular design, and patient stratification using multi-omics and real-world healthcare data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive algorithms for molecular design to accelerate lead optimization.
• Create computer vision systems for high-throughput screening image analysis and cellular phenotyping.
• Engineer digital biomarkers from wearable sensors and implement time-series analysis of real-time patient data.
• Architect systems to harmonize diverse data types and design AI-powered patient stratification models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI insights into actionable drug development strategies.

Required Skills

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proven experience developing machine learning models for omics data analysis, time-series modeling, or digital health.
• Experience handling real-world healthcare datasets and high-dimensional biological data.
• Exposure to applying AI for drug discovery, clinical data modeling, or biomarker development.
• Familiarity with model interpretability, explainable AI techniques, and regulatory aspects of AI in healthcare.
• B.Tech degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-omics data integration (genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics).
