Description

You will design, develop, and optimize AI models including NLP, generative architectures, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. You will build scalable APIs and microservices to serve these models securely in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end model training, tuning, evaluation, and deployment for high accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs and microservices ensuring performance and security in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement integrated AI solutions across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and update models to maintain production standards.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices for AI development and deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development with proven deployment of generative models and RAG architectures.
• Expertise in Python, including AI/ML frameworks and model deployment.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face transformers.
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Background in data engineering, NLP, or related domains.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for automation.
• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise solutions.
