Description

You will design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve specific technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement machine learning models, selecting appropriate algorithms and techniques for each use case.
• Train, validate, and test models using cross-validation to ensure generalization and robustness.
• Integrate models into production systems and develop APIs or web services for model inference.
• Monitor model performance and data quality to detect degradation and manage periodic retraining.
• Write clean, documented code and execute test cases to ensure software reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an ML or AI Developer.
• Proven ability to design and implement machine learning models.
• Experience with model training, performance evaluation, and metric assessment.
• Skill in developing APIs and web services for model prediction.
• Competency in troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing software solutions.
• Ability to document technical specifications and design decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product managers.
• Capability to analyze requirements and propose solutions to technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model monitoring and automated retraining pipelines.
• Strong background in software engineering best practices and testing frameworks.
