Description

Architect and build autonomous AI systems, data pipelines, and ML models for telecom telemetry and network control.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines for raw log ingestion (pcap, console traces), feature engineering, and dataset validation.
• Develop and evaluate supervised, unsupervised, and deep reinforcement learning models for anomaly detection and closed-loop network control.
• Build autonomous systems using CrewAI, LangGraph, or n8n for complex reasoning and multi-step task delegation with guardrails.
• Create knowledge graphs, RAG systems, and fine-tuned models; develop custom diagnostic tools for Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into high-performance network layers using Python and C++.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python for prototyping and C++ for high-performance integration.
• Hands-on expertise with CrewAI, LangGraph, or n8n.
• Strong background in RAG systems, knowledge graphs, and model fine-tuning.
• Experience with Time-Series Forecasting (LSTMs, Transformers, TFT) and Neural Networks (GNNs, CNNs).
• Deep understanding of 5G NR/Core stack (CU/DU/OAM/Platform) and 6G architectures.
• Proven ability in model selection, evaluation, and supervised/unsupervised learning techniques.
