Description

You will design, train, and deploy machine learning and GenAI models to support financial reporting and communication tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to support financial summarization and client tools.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows for GenAI model training and evaluation.
• Build, train, and deploy models using AWS SageMaker.
• Analyze structured and unstructured financial data to deliver insights through dashboards.
• Monitor model performance and iterate on prompt and model design to improve accuracy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering disciplines.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including SageMaker, S3, Redshift, and Lambda.
• Experience with LLMs (Anthropic Claude, Sonnet) and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of financial data, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
