Design and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless integration into existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models using Python, R, or Java.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights, inform training, and refine model accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate based on empirical results.
• Document processes, algorithms, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java for model development.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in data processing libraries including Pandas and NumPy.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of optimizing models for scalability and performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
