Description

You will build and support AIOps solutions to automate IT operations monitoring, alerting, incident management, and problem resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation pipelines connecting telemetry, event data, and ITSM workflows.
• Build intelligent agent concepts to analyze logs, correlate alerts, predict incidents, and trigger remediation.
• Define data ingestion and processing pipelines for metrics, traces, and logs from cloud systems.
• Guide teams on implementing self-healing mechanisms and AI-driven decision engines.
• Review operating model areas for enterprise cloud service improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data roles.
• Strong background in AIOps implementation and design.
• Proficiency in AI/ML modeling and application development.
• Experience designing data pipelines for metrics, traces, and logs.
• Ability to develop automated remediation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management.
