Description

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems while integrating AI solutions into existing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement supervised and unsupervised learning models for production use.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers and document processes to ensure knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python, Java, or R, with deep knowledge of AI/ML libraries.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of model evaluation metrics and validation techniques.
• Experience with data engineering practices and big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of SQL, Pandas, and version control systems (Git).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and techniques.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
