Lead the development and delivery of production-grade AI solutions within the insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in underwriting and claims processes using machine learning and generative AI.
• Develop and deploy NLP solutions for OCR-based text extraction, document classification, and summarization.
• Implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI projects.
• Build and maintain scalable ML workflows using Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (Gen-AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker and Databricks.
• Mandatory experience with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.
• Domain expertise in insurance underwriting and claims.
