You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML models using Python and TensorFlow.
• Implement genetic algorithms to optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and implement iterative improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Research advancements in AI/ML and genetic algorithms to integrate new methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a focus on software development.
• Expertise in Python and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience implementing genetic algorithms for optimization tasks.
• Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems through creative technical design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI frameworks like OpenAI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks.
