Description

You will build and deploy intelligent systems focused on autonomous agents and agentic workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI agents for reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage.
• Implement and fine-tune RAG pipelines for contextual knowledge integration.
• Develop and manage agentic workflows across APIs, vector stores, and third-party tools.
• Build scalable APIs for model access, integration, and service orchestration.
• Leverage Cursor AI to prototype and deploy agent-based applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LangChain or AutoGen for developing autonomous agents.
• Hands-on experience with Cursor AI for development and orchestration.
• Proficiency in RAG architectures and vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Go or Node.js.

• Experience with multi-agent collaboration frameworks.
