Description

Build production-ready AI systems, cloud-native APIs, and automation pipelines while mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality application, API, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and automation components using cloud-native architectures.
• Implement DevSecOps automation including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and container orchestration.
• Deploy AI-enabled development workflows and LLM-assisted capabilities to accelerate engineering output.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and build rapid prototypes that move from experimentation to production.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and mentor agency developers to reduce external vendor reliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud-native systems.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ability to design and build robust APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
