Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.
• Prepare and preprocess large datasets for machine learning tasks including data cleaning, normalization, and feature extraction.
• Train machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and frameworks while optimizing hyperparameters and evaluating performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Contribute to design review sessions by presenting work and gathering feedback from engineering managers.
• Deal with real-world datasets, understand data quality issues, and apply appropriate data preparation methods.
• Provide feedback to peers during design and implementation phases while seeking guidance from team leaders.
• Contribute to stand-up meetings by identifying potential issues early and proposing preliminary solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for stakeholders with supervision and guidance ensuring clarity in communication.
• Interpret and report data findings and maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, and dashboards.

Experience Required: Typically 2-4 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related field with hands-on experience in developing ML models.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or closely related quantitative discipline. Master's degree is desirable
