Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and iterate NLP models using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Design ML/DL approaches for text understanding tasks, including model selection and improvement.
• Implement and optimize end-to-end model pipelines in Python using common ML/DL libraries.
• Evaluate model performance and troubleshoot issues to improve accuracy and robustness.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into AI solutions.

Skills Required:

• 7-12 years of experience in AI/ML and NLP
• Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience developing and optimizing ML/DL models
• Experience with text processing and language-based AI applications
• Knowledge of model training, evaluation, and performance optimization
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve model accuracy and robustness

Good to Have:

• PyTorch
• TensorFlow
• Keras
• Scikit-learn
• Experience deploying ML models into production
• Knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs is an added advantage

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science; Master's Degree in Computer Science preferred
