You will design and implement advanced AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive research in AI and ML, tracking emerging technologies.
• Architect AI solutions with a focus on maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and best practice sharing.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical ML solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to enhance AI capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms including linear regression, decision trees, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java for production-level code.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, linear algebra, and calculus.
• Experience with model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation metrics.
• Proficiency in agentic frameworks like langGraph.
• Knowledge of lineage tracking for agentic architectures (e.g., langfuse, langsmith).

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge in deep learning and neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs).
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices and Git version control.
