You will design and deploy machine learning models and analytical solutions to solve business problems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions.
• Design experiments and A/B tests to evaluate product and feature performance.
• Build predictive models, optimization algorithms, and forecasting systems.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and mentor junior data scientists.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in data science or ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Plotly, or Dash.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior data scientists.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
