Description

You will research, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on ML and DL models and optimize them for production deployment.
• Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis on image and tabular datasets.
• Develop segmentation pipelines for multi-dimensional image data to extract individual cells.
• Design and implement pipelines using data parallelism and model parallelism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into existing workflows.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Proficiency in PyTorch and PyTorch Lightning for model development.
• Experience designing, training, and deploying advanced deep learning models.
• Ability to develop transformer-based architectures for unordered data sequences.
• Experience with batch correction for image and tabular data.
• Strong coding skills for implementing ML/DL products.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with rigorous development, testing, and performance auditing.
