Description

Build and deploy scalable AI/ML and LLM-based solutions for enterprise use cases, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from data ingestion to production monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RAG pipelines, vector search systems, and agent-based applications.
• Architect end-to-end systems including model training, inference, and deployment.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows and automation.
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies to ensure reliability.
• Apply responsible AI practices including explainability, fairness, and bias detection.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML models.
• Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector search.
• Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Azure AI Engineer Associate certification.
• Generative AI / LLM certifications.
• Experience with model versioning, feature stores, and experiment tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent-based applications.
• Familiarity with emerging AI tools and frameworks.
